The state is partnering with PragerU to develop an assessment for incoming educators.

I think that’s actually the plan. There’s been moves to dismantle public education entirely, and once there is no more public education in Oklahoma, then the private schools can hire whoever they want.

Yes, Walters is actively trying to destroy public education. He recently made an order that all schools fund free lunch for all students, using money from bonds, scholarships and other programs - all illegal.. The state turned away federal lunch funding as well. Even if you fired all of the admin staff at most districts, that is an impossible demand - and school budgets were already submitted weeks ago.

      It’s absolute fucking insanity.

That seems to be the case, but what’s the end game? No one in Oklahoma is employable, and then what? I guess it doesn’t matter to the folks in charge?

Keep them stupid and breeding so they stay down. At least that’s what the plan seems to be

And when they starve due to zero public assistance? That can’t be the plan.

If the proles are dying of starvation, there will be no middle class to rise up by then. He literally said “no activists”

They can’t be so clueless as to miss the fact that no proles = no food.

They’ll just breed more (ie - no access to birth control of any form)

Not really. You can only hire unqualified, incompetent clowns. I’m sure they see some value in that, but a society won’t function for long on that.
