He recently made an order that all schools fund free lunch for all students, using money from bonds, scholarships and other programs - all illegal.. The state turned away federal lunch funding as well. Even if you fired all of the admin staff at most districts, that is an impossible demand - and school budgets were already submitted weeks ago. It’s absolute fucking insanity.
