The United Auto Workers union expanded its strikes against Detroit automakers, ordering 7,000 more workers to walk off the job in Illinois and Michigan. The move announced Friday is supposed to put more pressure on the companies to improve their offers.

    My take from the article is that if the companies are worried about making cars that cost more with higher union wages then maybe they should pay the C-level folks and shareholders less. The workers should be the most important part of the company.

      Why should it be? Does the system incentivize towards that? I don’t think so. So they’re not more often than not. #WorksAsExpected
