It’s the UK law term, not my words.
And even by them, it’s not defined, meant to be left to the court to argue.
Going against the status quo. Fall in line or go to jail.
That’s what juries do.
Gonna add on that he refused to leave when a constable asked him to, and he stole cat food and litter from somewhere else.
