Their terms were written to allow them to refund less than the purchase price by refunding the current price instead of the purchase price. You buy SSD for $200, a year later the model is reduced to $150, they refund you $150. They haven’t changed those terms, so they are violating their own contract by not refunding at the current price.
These are often two components stacked. There’s a cabinet box and a shelf unit. They may not have attached them if it’s a temporary backdrop just for this video. It’s also possible that the shelf is bolted to the wall, allowing the cabinet to slide underneath it.

I am not connected with that stadium, but I am connected to some of the others involved in the tournament. We don’t know if we are going to make any money. FIFA claims the games are all going to have max attendance, which means we need to be stocked/prepped/staffed for that, but it’s likely a lie. They also have made a bunch of weird demands that increase costs.
FIFA is structuring everything so that they make a ton of money no matter what. That’s all they care about.
That said, this sounds like it has more to do with the security protocols than it does pay. There’s nothing the employer can do about it and I don’t think FIFA cares.

According to Wikipedia, nothing distinguishes a totenkopf from other skull symbols, with or without bones behind it. Poison symbol? Totenkopf. Punisher logo? Totenkopf. Skull with a bullet hole in it? Believe it or not, totenkopf.
