Yeah that’s what I’ve done. I’ve gotten very picky about which apps I allow to notify me of things. A week or two of turning off all the ones you don’t want and your phone gets quiet real quick.
I can only imagine that they’re offering it to me because my account is like 15 years old… Either that, or I have about 200k post karma and 100k comment karma. (Not big numbers compared to karma whores, but still more than your average user).
Lol they’re trying to sell me shares at “pre-ipo prices”.
I asked if they have any puts available… So far no reply…
Yeah true. Is power delete suite still the preferred method?
My man might be wearing the ol rose-colored glasses when it comes to the Limewire “heyday” of piracy.
I remember many times accidentally infecting my computer with a virus through that thing. That repair process was a HUGE pain in the ass.
I was stoned one night looking for concert footage and instead I got a video of a woman getting her head blown off at close range. That shit FUCKED. ME. UP. for a hot minute.
Todays situation is better in my opinion.
Man there’s something about talking on a cell phone that makes me feel like I have to yell, and thus, hate talking on them.
As I remember land lines, they never felt that way.
Sounds like it’s time for me to actually log back in and delete all my old posts. I’ve been putting that off for too long.
Dude I feel this from my Arduino drum machine project.
Thing works great, except it randomly false triggers, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why.
RoboRock FTW
You’d think the trigger being backwards might have tipped him off that something wasn’t right.
Yep beware, any time a company you do business with sends you a letter saying something like,
“Good news! (Our old company name) is now (new company name)!”
You’re about to get fucked.
Do you have a helpful statement?
This is starting to sound a little too slavery-y…
I don’t remember Trump ever supporting the vaccine, and I don’t remember his followers ever getting it.
I find the last sentence of that quote particularly interesting. Any example of this tactic recently?
Oh no according to tiktok (so you know it’s true), he was saying itsumi, which is apparently Japanese for “Super”.
What I’m still struggling with is if it’s still ok with my mortal compass to use Reddit to find information I know will be there. Specifically, product reviews.
I’m no longer contributing content on Reddit, and I’m not passively browsing either, but how do y’all feel about tapping reddit’s wealth of information?
My move lately has been to stand their windshield wipers up. You’re not doing anything criminally damaging to their vehicle, but in my experience, anyone this self-important will be really bothered by the thought of some random person putting their dirty hands on their precious baby.
Wait, so the original Rift is useless? Like, I can finally toss it out and stop trying to sell it to someone?
