The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury is a book of short stories that are great. I really like the rain and he has a story called The Long Rain which I read a lot. He has a few in there that are actually really spooky though.

Well I think it was successful for the same reason so many unicorn startups are. They were bankrolled by promising angel investors marketshare so they were able to run artificially brutally low prices to dry out the rest of the market for years.
