I think that he was traumatized by the attack on israeli territory just like a lot of israelis were and he has had a hard time coming to grips with where he sees people standing on that attack but he hasn’t let that emotion turn to support for what the state of israel is doing now and I know thats not good enough but for a normie its progress

6 years ago, they’re both better on this now and at least Ethan has recently admitted that he can learn more and wants to improve his empathy for Palestinians.
