What exactly am I supposed to think? That all the programmers pushing AI on me like Crypto Bros while their programs work worse are smart, well intentioned people?

If a game is on disk, and a lot still are, then no, it cannot be taken away from you without literally entering your home with a warrant at least where I live.

Owning the physical disk in America at least also grants you the right to download and emulate later.
