Similarly I was working on a track and doing something super experimental that I was going to revert and accidentally hit CTRL S instead of CTRL A (automation), saving all the weird shit.
Luckily I didn’t lose it, but CTRL Z-ing back to what I was doing prior was annoying because I did some things I wanted to keep on other channels

I can imagine there’s some crazy shit in the game, being from Kojima, but it’s one of those games where I’ll have to come back to it in a better state of mind. Maybe I was too baked to enjoy it at the time.
I don’t know about chill. The first 5 minutes:
!Yo the president wants to see you. Oh BTW the president is your mother. Oh and she’s dying. Oh and once she dies you have to take her body to this spot so that everyone doesn’t die. Tomorrow? No right fucking now. !<
I couldn’t get into it, and I’ve beaten every MGS, so I know how weird stuff can get. I’ll have to give it another shot one day, but it was not clicking with me.
They tried it in the Horizon games and it failed spectacularly. Same with Fallout, BioShock, etc.
Don’t forget oceans chock FULL of PFOS!
We’re right to imprison them in egg incubators.
FTFY
I have the 2016 port of the game already and that had poor controller support so, unless the bundled one is the remake, I think I’m alright paying $16 for it.
In addition to that when it first came out on PS2 and GameCube I beat the game inside out half dozen times, so this game has some sentimental value.
I did that for the RE4 remake and picked it up for $16 yesterday.
They tried it in the Piers Anthony book Rings of Ice and that ended up absolutely terribly when the ice they took into space started melting and causing unending flooding.
I’ve seen F2P shuffled to other devs in the past, namely APB: Reloaded. They’ll work on it quietly and then suddenly “Corcord 2.0 coming summer 2026!”
If they flew him to Texas that’d be pretty cool actually. I was in a pre-alpha game testing group for the first Borderlands game back around 2010 and their offices were pretty cool.
I’m sure, with the success of Borderlands since then, they’ve moved to a bigger and better office, but if it’s possible to get him there to play an early build that would be really cool.
For Naughty Dog? They have a solid track record of great games. I’m more enthusiastic than pessimistic, but it sucks it’ll likely be a PlayStation exclusive for a while.
If you couldn’t tell I’m telling these jokes on porpoise !
“Sire, the Sacrificial Anode…has failed.”
“SOUND THE ALARMS!”
NGL I started Ravenswatch a few days ago and it’s scratching my Diablo and roguelike itch at the same time. Only 6 hours in and I’m hooked, I just want to find a consistent group to play with. The characters are balanced enough that you can play solo as well.
I said the same thing about Daytona USA. When I booted up a GameCube for the first time and saw PSO I was amazed, although the GC was closer hardware wise to the Dreamcast, which we had.
Grass? Trees? BIRDS?! I remember the grass in Oblivion melting dual GPU setups back in the day.
Oh, like the natives? You could even call them Native Americans, if you wanted.
Some liquor stores near me give a slight discount for cash or debit, and WinCo is cash or debit only to avoid these fees I’m sure.
Just found it, here’s a few other niche “older” anime:
Real Drive - one of my favorite shows that really shows how far technology could go in the future.
HeatGuy J - another sci-fi futuristic one that premiered on Toonami in 2002; the premise is similar to Blade Runner
Dennou-Coil - this one deals with augmented reality, and it is what I think we’re getting closer to the more companies invest in AR. It’s also well animated and family friendly.
The Big O - another one that premiered on Toonami 20 or so years ago, I used to make the joke that The Big O was if Batman was an anime with mechs.
Desert Punk - I won’t spoil much; post apocalyptic dark comedy.
Aaaaand one of my favorites with one of my favorite anime openings ever:
Kyouran Kazoku Nikki - regular dude gets thrown into a marriage with one of the most powerful beings to exist
See you in a year!
