Yes, Nijmegen got hit almost as bad as Rotterdam (the worst bombing by the germans) and that was also because of allied forces thinking they were flying over germany. It was the 80 year memorial a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, more than a few people died in Nijmegen.

It’s not legal, but the most you get for it is a fine of around 35 euros in most cases. No judges or jail sentence involved.

Even if this were a grown man… how is peeing in public a jail sentence or probation?? Here you just get a fine. Or am I too european to understand?
