Man I really hate having my food in plastics, I always have, but think about it. Meat comes in cellophane, cerial is in a plastic bag as are chips and other processed foods. Even something healthy like peanuts comes in a plastic jar. Virtually all food comes like that. I sweat a lot outside and I need a gluten free version of an electrolyte drink. I dare you to find one that comes without a plastic bottle. It feels like cutting out water in plastic bottles is a drop in the ocean.

Well yeah, there are only so many votes to go around. Unless you can suddenly get a bunch of non-voters to form a new party they have to come from one of the two. That’s kind of the idea, less influence for these two trash can fires of a party, more for something better. Everyone is just so afraid more will come from one party than the other and we’ll be stuck with one dominating, so it never happens. It’s quite the rock and a hard place.

But it arrives in plastic. Ok, theoretically I could drink straight from the tap, which in my house uses copper lines, but my water tastes like ass. So I either filter it or buy gallon jugs. Both are plastic.

Also glass containers need lids and those are usually plastic.

This might work, but in our current situation I don’t see the outcome as much different than what I’d expect now. MAGA would give Trump the highest score. Dems would give Harris the highest score and the rest would split.

I also don’t agree with the part of the premise that says our system is prone to fraud. Because each district does things differently, it makes it hard to hack. In Miami for instance they had hanging chad, because they used a punch system. Where I live, we fill in a bubble and in some states only mail in ballots are used. The real hacking takes place before the vote, in social media.

He can write executive orders all day long but unless he’s repealing a previous order, it requires Congress to fund them.

And you might think he’ll just blunder along like last time, and I’d like to point out he did a lot of damage last time, but I believe he is FULLY aware of Project 2025 and I think he would try his best to enact much of it because it involves loyalty to him and enriching him. Either way, I’m not interested in finding out.
