I’m so glad my win 10 rig stopped working and my son fixed it with a Linux os. Hopefully I’ll never have to update windows again, only wine 🍷. Never going back if i can help it! Never even got to experience the pleasure of win 11 lol

I tend to talk about my toots after I eat a can of spicy chili beans right out the can

Thanks for the recommendation brother. I’ll have to preview it and if I find it enticing enough, perhaps I’ll donate to the artist.
Edit: checked it out and didn’t get to deep with much, but three plays and it has a hella vibe. Even my 19yo son was like, ‘ngl, this kinda kicks’

Does it? I really need to check some out. I might already know some but is there a good place to start? Just to dip my toes in the water? I’ve been a little bit newer to the pop-ish scene and maybe prefer things a little more in the alt/indie/bedroom style but I’m trying to Branch out. So if you got any album in particular or something that is a good place to start that would be cool

I’m pretty sure I’ve noticed thigh highs are more lemmy style :p
Ain’t dead yet

So wait the scientists would be doing drugs and talking about Star Trek while sharing research?
We really did fuck up the timeline, didn’t we?

I pretty much only use it for music, and most of the extensions have still gotten me by. At least long enough to rip the song to my hard drive for offline use. Fuck $16 a month. That’s ridiculous. For $16 I could get an album or two every month and not have to worry about some buffering bullshit. After a year, not only would I be supporting the artists directly and avoiding paying paying a scummy company, I’d actually have some discographies built up to permanently show for it. They’re just inadvertently trying to support people sailing the high seas. So irritating…
I mean you don’t have to wear thigh high socks to use Linux. But they sure do look mighty cozy.
