Dang nothing that gives me hope my issue will be fixed. I don feel like playing until then.

I have a ship attached to my ship so 3rd person flying is a no go. Even first person the ship clips into my view. Then when I land, random buildings have the ship inside them. It’s not solid so I can walk through but it’s really annoying. Hope it’s fixed so I can get back out to the stars!

Theoretically, you should be able to fix it by going into the command line (if on PC) and disabling it from there.

Unfortunately, without a specific mod installed as well, that will also disable all of your achievements.

Also, no guarantee that the thing stuck to your ship is just a single item. If it’s treated like a ship with a bunch if interiors and exterior components, this is a useless method because you’ll need to disable every single door, piece of furniture, clutter, whatever else is attached to the ship exterior, etc. (Also need to be careful not to disable your own ship.)

Yeah I’m on Xbox anyway. Guess I’m waiting for a patch lol. Hopefully some pc players are managing to fix it through console but as you said is no guarantee

Even if your PC isn’t up to the task of running the game, it’s worth a shot to install it and see if you can do just enough to open the console, even if it’s at 2 fps. Unless you’re running a Celeron processor or something, in which case don’t bother.

Hmmm. That sounds doable if i had windows haha. I run Linux so I can’t install the game on my desktop to try. Playing through Xbox game pass.

Ah yes, let’s patch a harmless exploit in our purely single player game. Surely that’s far more important than any of the gameplay-degrading/breaking bugs the game carries, many of which have been carried forward from Skyrim. Can’t be giving the player the freedom to choose whether or not they want to accumulate credits faster than intended.
