You’re currently commenting in a lemmy.ml community, idiot. Does that mean you’re a tankie too?

Also, someone who’s presumably far right probably shouldn’t be too eager to talk about identifying with nazi politics.

Unless you’re a liberal, in which case your guys merely enabled the rise of fascists and nazis with their inaction in Italy, Germany, Spain and the US. Twice.

I’m sorry, I just assumed that was why you were equating communists and Nazis.

          Why were you doing that?

I wasnt equating them. I was saying that people love to lump people with ‘if the boot fits’ type of sentiment. I have heard the lumping with Nazis so many times in the last 2 or 3 years I was just using as some sort of reverse uno type example. Maybe i missed the mark

If you wanna understand why it’s a bad idea to compare Nazis and communists that way, answer the following succinctly and quickly:

Why is it bad to lump with Nazis?

Huh? I was using that as an example of how people lump people into categories based on who they associate with. I didnt say anything about something was bad or not. I didnt compare the two.

I wont answer your red herring. I cant tell if you are in good faith here.

Surely you can’t expect me to believe you meant no comparison between two opposed political views when you invoked one in response to another?

Not after you said you won’t respond to my question because you can’t tell if I’m in good faith!

Why, a person would almost see you as some kind of troll if they didn’t know better!

I’ll tell you what, you set the rules for what constitutes good faith engagement and I’ll either abide by them or explain why I can’t and head on.

We are in cringe territory. English isnt my first language but is it really hard to understand what I am saying? I am openly saying i am not comparing and you want to drag them together as if in hopes you can catch me with some gotcha.

Kinda bored with this, would you rather post hog and we can compare?
