I’m not sure what the logic of excluding Wifi is from this; seems like you’d have to intentionally introduce a misunderstanding to justify it because it makes no sense.
Your loophole will be closed in a few months, by hook or by crook. Either local wifi admin will prevent piracy, or the isp will cut service.
