Netflix says I cant. Please help.
1080p is the highest possible, using an extension
Any higher and you’ll need to sail the seas
Could you specify, which extension, I’m also interested in this
Looks like it was banned from the Addons site, however there’s install instructions in the repo:

What was the reason for the removal?
From what I can tell, it was due to including a modified & minified version of Netflix’s actual video player, Cadmium

Yeah it got banned for including the external netflix component. we shall see how we can bring it back

Hi @adamency , There were multiple reasons why it got removed, main one was that the cadmium player is a minified blob and they don’t like that. https://github.com/vladikoff/netflix-1080p-firefox/blob/master/src/cadmium-playercore-1080p.js
Try using a Agent Switcher extension and switch it to Microsoft Edge
It doesn’t like it if I change the user agent
I was wrong: looks like only up to 1080p playback with an extension add on. Same with Chrome on Linux
Blame Netflix
Does this actually work?
Do you need to install widevine or something? Amazon prime had to download widevine digital rights thing to be able stream.
