i would expect that asshole to live surrounded by some heavy security. i don’t think you can just come and slap him (or worse) on the street.
i do think that the security team might be slightly more nervous than usually, but taking him out would need to be some professional operation, not some random maga loser military cosplay.

It doesn’t take all that much training to shoot a rifle accurately. The hard part is knowing where the target is going to be ahead of time.
