    Rockstar has repeatedly reminded us that GTA6 is in active development. Valve hasn’t even mentioned HL3 in a very long time, I think it’s safe to conclude it’s dead and has been dead for a while now.

      Tbf, I dont think they’ve ever explicitly mentioned it being in development – unless you technically mean Episode 3

        Anything with a 3 in the title from Valve would cause waves at this point, doesn’t matter what the words prior are.
