The tea party was an intermediate that slipped my mind. It was the result of the billionaires taking over Occupy Wall Street. Something we could watch happen in real time.

Tea Party was more a direct response to Obama that was co-opted by the Kochs. If there was any overlap, it was with the kind of people who voted for Trump and AOC. Confused people.
