    That was under Yeltsin and didn’t last long. The inevitable transition from unregulated markets to privatization, oligopoly and corruption only lasted a couple or three years, and at the end of it, Putin was in power.

      That is the direct and innevitable consequence of the Chicago School’s Shock Doctrine. Much like what we are seeing in the US happen at a slightly slower pace since Reagan.
