The following filter options can’t be translated into DNR rules:

Entity-based values for domain= filter option (webextensions #394)

It’s misleading to say china’s power is dirty when they’re doing practically the entire worlds manufacturing. Then there’s the population difference, the trajectory of green power, and the fact that there the coal plants are primarily used as toppers.

1. They’re manufacturing for other countries, hence the indexed emissions I recommended. Consumption adjusted emissions tells a much more fair story, it’s easy to be zero emissions if you move all manufacturing to china.
2. Massive population.
