  • And I’m saying that their oath will ultimately lose that “conflict,” because nobody gives a shit about constitutions when it comes down to it. They’re certainly not going to risk a court martial or a dishonorable discharge for the constitution.

For the vast majority, yes. Again though, we need only a single one.

There might be something that will get them to do… whatever it is you want them to do (what are you expecting here exactly)

I’m not a tactical expert - the ‘how’ is on them. I expect they’d engage him the same as any other enemy of the US, but I’m not about to tell them how to do their job - just to actually do their job.

You can’t reject imperialism without rejecting what it means to be a US soldier.

Strongly disagree. What it actually means to be a soldier vs the ideal that the individual soldier joined for will vary from one soldier to another: the ones I’m addressing are those who fell for the propaganda and joined under the belief that they’re accomplishing some good. Being duped doesn’t make them irredeemable.

And yeah, the utter silence from them thus far is pretty damning, but even if encouraging them to do the right thing is a waste of time, demonizing them isn’t going to accomplish anything either… So between the two, why not push them to break out of whatever it is that’s holding them back? If it fails it fails, but we might as well try.

  • Propaganda’s a hell of a drug. We’re raised under the belief that we’re surrounded by aggressors, and that military personnel are some kind of heroic defender: that joining is an act of service and altruism.

It’s bullshit, and people join for a lot of shitty reasons too, but to say there’s no decent people in the military is incorrect. Even if they’re a minority, there are people feeling the conflict between their oath and their orders: those people are potential allies, and should be encouraged to step up.

Demonizing them is counterproductive, even if encouraging them has been fruitless thus far. All we need is for a single one of them to take their oath seriously.

  • As a reminder to our troops, you swore an oath to defend the Constitution from all threats, foreign and domestic.

Right now y’all are just blindly following the domestic threat’s orders. This has cost us the lives of seven servicemembers so far in this conflict alone. They didn’t die defending our country, they didn’t die upholding US interests, they died to help distract the country from Donald Trump raping children on Epstein’s island.

You are oath-bound to put a stop to this shit. Do what’s right, not what’s easy - Trump will cast your brothers and sisters into the fire until he’s stopped.

  • We can assess his brain for abnormalities during autopsy. Until then, we should treat a world leader as though everything they do and every outcome it has it calculated and intentional: Through that lens, which is the only lens worth considering, Trump is a domestic terrorist, traitor, insurrectionist, enemy of the US of constitution, rapist / child rapist, and many, many more. He should be charged, convicted, and sentenced to the according to the absolute most severe extent of each crime he’s committed.

This whole “oh he’s crazy” or “stupid” or “incompetent” etc all just mitigate his culpability. What he is is fucking guilty - everything else is moot.

  • wtf is “blue maga”.

Literally described it in my previous post.

this binary shit of blood in the streets or you’re MAGA is insane, not even worth discussing.

You’d be correct if that’s what we were discussing. You’re arguing against something that was never pitched in the first place - that’s called strawman, and is a big part of why your posts reek of MAGA - they love pulling that shit.

my goal? not blood in the streets at a minimum.

    Whose blood?

    what is your goal?

I stated my goal in my first post here, which is to encourage military personnel to act on their oath instead of blindly following the orders of the evil dipshits their oath compels them to slay.

murder anyone who doesn’t have your approved thinking?

Strawman again. That particular flavor of strawman is also rampant in MAGA posting. Whether or not Nazis - particularly, those Nazis currently in power, and using that power to enact global scale atrocities - are people who are worth preserving isn’t the kind of thing that boils down to a difference of opinion any more than a tsunami could be described as just a wave. Technically correct? Sure. Difference in scope? Not even a little bit comparable.

why does every discussion on the internet these days feel like talking to a bot or a Russian agent trying to sow chaos?

Do you feel that dropping that line makes you less suspicious? Cuz the whole blue MAGA act stands out like a sore thumb.

crawl back in your fucking hole and stop advocating for violence.

No. Advocating for the preservation of Nazis is advocating for violence. Calling on people who swore an oath to fight those Nazis to actually do so is justified and overdue. There are no options on the table that don’t involve violence; nor is you coming to the defense of the aggressors.

  • At best, you’re what’s called “blue maga” as you’re purity-testing your way right into supporting his regime.

I kinda doubt it though, since you’re just ignoring what’s being said to keep parroting the same strawman shit over and over: either your reading comprehension really is that bad, making you a useful idiot for the Trump regime; or you’re deliberately posting in bad faith with the goal to advance the Trump regime in the first place, making you the kind of Nazi that does recognize the evil that’s happening, and fucking loves it.

    What’s your goal here?

  • Every single person in the military swore an oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC.

Domestic enemies like Donald Trump pose a much greater threat to our country than any conventional combatant with a gun or missile - the military is already oath-bound to engage him the same way they do any other enemy.

The inaction from them so far doesn’t paint a very promising picture regarding their willingness to actually do what’s right to protect our country; but we also don’t need the entire military to unite against that traitor: we just need a single one of them with the right training to apply through skills.

Servicemen and women: please actually do your job.
